1. When will I receive my refund?
    After placing a return request with the help of customer support, it generally takes two working days to pick up the product from the address you mentioned and one more business day to refund the money. Post-money refunds generally take almost 4 to 5 business days to reflect in the buyer’s account. The transition details would completely vary depending on the payment type you selected.

    NOTE: The order is not refunded if the product’s packaging is ripped or in bad condition.

    Product pickup usually takes almost two working days when the request for a post-return is elevated. Post pickup takes 1 day to get the money back, and then 5-7 working days for the refund to be shown in the buyer’s account.

  4. What is the best method of refund for COD?
    For all cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be returned to their specified bank account.
  5. What is the refund policy if your order is lost or undelivered?
    If your order is lost in between the order and delivery process or undelivered to your specified address, in this case, we will also refund the complete amount, including all shipping charges, if prepaid.
  6. What happens to the shipping/COD amount if you want to return a delivered order?
    If you want to return an order that is delivered to you correctly without any issue, then COD/shipping money, if applicable, will not be paid back to you.
  7. Can I cancel my order anytime?
    If you want to cancel the order, please just simply send us an email at our email ID mentioned on the site within six hours of placing the order on working days between 09:00 and 15:30 CET. Some urgent orders are shipped in no time after order placement, and then it is difficult to cancel.
  8. How much time does it take for a refund to be processed for Credit Card and Debit Card transfers?
    In both cases, the time taken for a refund completely depends on your bank.
    Banks will simply send a message to buyers for a credit amount that is more than 5000 rupees. In any case, if your refunded money is less than 5000 rupees, then please look at your account details or credit card statement for any type of confirmation.
